Damaged Products

Once we receive your request, we will investigate the issue and respond within 48 working hours. After assessing the damage, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include product replacement or other corrective measures.
A reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–4 business days.

Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Products
If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not match the item mentioned in your order confirmation, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement Conditions

The same product will be replaced and shipped to you.

Exchanges for different products or different sizes are not permitted.

A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 3–4 business days.

The returned product must be unused and have all original tags intact.
Replacement Shipping
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Delivery timelines for replacement orders are typically:
7–10 working days for domestic shipments to the original delivery address.
Out-of-Stock Replacements & Refunds
If the replacement product is unavailable or out of stock, our customer care team will contact you and initiate a refund.
Refund Process
For Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

Refunds generally reflect within 7–21 working days from the date the refund request is initiated.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or issued as store credit, as applicable.
